Steve like many of the NTR Team is very “engineering minded”. He started as a Quality Inspector and then transitioned into Fitting. Having learned the NTR way from a QC standpoint he was very aware of the tight tolerances expected for the tooling that passes through the factory. His experience gave him the perfect grounding for the precision refurbishment work for the likes of Rolls Royce and the Royal Mint.

Literally every tool that passes through the NTR factory has more than likely been worked on or supervised by Steve in some capacity. Whether it’s the initial welding of damaged pockets or the double checking of tolerances, Steve is a valued member of the supervisory team.
