Having graduated in 2017 from University of Sunderland, Charlotte worked in a customer focussed role for over 7 years. This grounding in customer services gave her an appreciation of the needs of others and how to tackle the most complex of cases, whilst remaining calm and communicative at all times. It was easy to see how her helpful can-do attitude would be a real benefit to NTR as a service orientated business.

Joining NTR in 2021, Charlotte immediately enjoyed the process and structure of a job in engineering. Although engineering was a new sector to her, she quickly got to grips with the attention to detail required both in the factory and the office. Understanding the needs of your business, is key to how Charlotte works. By bringing her skillset to existing customer relationships and assisting people on a one-to-one basis, she has developed excellent relationships across the UK and Europe. Charlotte’s friendly and amiable personality make her just as popular with colleagues as clients.

Always keen to develop and learn more skills, Charlotte studied alongside her NTR day job during 2021-2022, qualifying in Business Administration Level 3.
